These terms describe the limited role Indie Aftermarket plays during its early stage. Submitting or discussing a project means you understand these boundaries.

What Indie Aftermarket is

Indie Aftermarket is an early-stage information directory and introduction service for neglected digital projects. It may help organize information supplied by a project owner and introduce interested people.

What Indie Aftermarket is not

Indie Aftermarket is not a party to transactions and is not an escrow service, broker, legal adviser, valuation provider, payment processor, or asset custodian. It does not guarantee that a project is authentic, profitable, free of claims, transferable, or suitable for a buyer.

Owner responsibilities

A person submitting a project is responsible for having authority to offer it, providing accurate information, respecting intellectual-property and privacy rights, and completing any lawful transfer obligations. Do not submit confidential information or third-party personal data without a lawful reason and appropriate permission.

Buyer responsibilities

Potential buyers must perform independent technical, financial, legal, security, and ownership checks. Any price, agreement, payment method, transfer process, or continuing support is decided directly between the parties.

Submissions and listings

• Early submission and preparation of a draft listing are free.
• A submission is non-exclusive.
• Nothing is published without the project owner's approval.
• An owner may request removal of a listing at any time.
• Indie Aftermarket may decline or remove a project when information appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for the directory.
